About Georgia Property Co.

Georgia Property Co. is based in Atlanta and works with families across Georgia. We started because the letters families get from the county and the bank are hard to read. Nobody sits down and explains them.

So that is what we do. We read the county records and explain them in plain words. We lay out every road a family has, side by side, with what each one costs and how much time is on the clock. Then the family picks.

We make our living when one of those roads is a sale to us. We say that out loud on every call, because a family should know where the people they are talking to stand. Selling comes last on the call. If a family can pay the county and keep the house, we say so.

We work on four problems. A foreclosure sale date. A tax sale date. Years of back taxes. A house still in a parent's name after they have passed. Those are the problems where a family's roads are real and the clock is real. We know how each Georgia county handles them.
