Georgia Property Co. is based in Atlanta and works with families across Georgia. We started because the letters families get from the county and the bank are hard to read. Nobody sits down and explains them.

We make our living when one of those options is a sale to us. We say that out loud on every call, because a family should know where the people they are talking to stand. Selling comes last on the call. If a family can pay the county and keep the house, we say so.
